Case Study:
Situation: We had a client who had just built townhomes in a North Texas metropolitan area. She wanted to send very expensive invitations to the renters in the area promoting the grand opening of the townhomes.
Solution: We pulled her a list of renters in that specific area, and it was exactly what she wanted; however, she also wanted to target others in the area. Her idea was to send invitations to fitness/spa facilities in the general vicinity. We discouraged her from this because we felt it would not provide her with the best target market results. As it so happens, there was a specific demographic of people living in this area. We were able to provide her with a list of people meeting that particular demographic and found a high population of those who lived in her target zone. This was the target audience she truly desired. This was an extremely specific form of target marketing.
Result: As a result of our customized and personalized service, we were able to provide her with exactly what she needed. Of the 2,000 invitations she sent out, 600 RSVP’d, 500 attended the grand opening, and 10 units were sold!
