List of Leads’ COO/CMO, Jon Stotts, started in the list brokerage business in 2000. His passion for providing a quality, customized product for each client continues to drive him today. The fact that no two projects are alike is what fascinates Jon most about his business.

Jon has a vast and wide range business acumen and experience in many business industries and ventures. His professional knowledge and background comes from actual hands-on experience and learning the complete infrastructure of his customers’ businesses, their internal processes and protocols working for over 19 years in the office machine industry. Jon adds even more business experience from the different executive, mid- management,civic and corporate board positions and leadership that he has had the opportunity in which to serve.

Jon’s experience is broad based from entry level to executive positions, from sweeping floors to being responsible for P&L statements, operating heavy earth moving equipment, to job estimation and sales presentations. He has driven and maintained 80,000 lb. 18-wheel rigs and is also comfortable sitting in a corporate boardroom with his peers.

Training, building, leading sales teams and having the total responsibility of entire company operations are also part of his experience. Serving on corporate and civic boards to volunteering time for worthwhile projects and community affairs have brought both joy as well as wonderful life enrichments. Bottom line, Jon’s experience is not just textbook and theory based, it is hands on reality. While that is a foundational process, it is on-the-job, hands-on experience and learning from the employees, co-workers and vendors that he networks with that he finds are the best teachers. Jon never misses an opportunity to increase his business knowledge and know-how and to share with others, is passionate about paying-it-forward.

Mike has held sales, national account sales/account management and sales management and executive management positions at Dun and Bradstreet, Donnelley Marketing/infoUSA, as well as an independent contractor/broker. Mike’s knowledge of information solutions has been demonstrated in both B2B and B2C environments across multiple verticals.
